Tastē Tuesday~ Little boy #1 and #3's birthday are 17 days apart. The older one prefers the company of adults to children and the newly turned 2 year old doesn't have a group of friends to party with yet, so we combined their party and celebrated the big #2 and #10 with family. They both love balloons, so I decided to create a balloon explosion birthday cake. I took a short cut - buying Starbucks cake pops versus making my own - so it didn't turn out 100% as I wanted it to, but the time saved was worth it. I couldn't help but share little boy #2's cake progression. He has a sweet tooth and was happy to see him enjoy his birthday cake. I am trying a few new recipes out this week, so hopefully I will have some winners to share with you in the coming weeks!
