Besides tasting really yummy, since these bars are stored in the refrigerator, they last while too! You can enjoy them over the course of a week rather than indulging too much at once or having them go stale or bad. Great for a potluck or office work party, everyone will enjoy the option of a brownie gone a bit wild.

Ingredients
1 (18 oz) box brownie mix (plus ingredients needed to make brownies)
1 (7 oz) tub marshmallow creme (Jet or Fluff)
25 Reese's miniatures, very roughly chopped
1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups Rice Krispies (or other crisp rice cereal)
Instructions
In a 9x13 pan, prepare brownies according to package directions. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least one hour. Spread marshmallow cream on top of chilled brownies and return to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Top marshmallow cream with Reese's chunks.
Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips together in a medium or large microwave safe-container, heating on high heat in 30 second intervals and stirring in between. Gently stir in rice cereal until combined (or if container is not large enough, poor melted chocolate over rice cereal in a large mixing bowl). Spread mixture carefully over the top of the peanut butter cups.
Return pan to refrigerator. Store bars in refrigerator. Before cutting to serve, remove pan from refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
Note: If house or serving area is cool, these bars will hold shape on a platter at room temperature for awhile. However, if outside or in a warm house, the marshmallow layer will begin to thin and bar will not retain shape as well.
