Welcome to Sunshine Peeking! Although perhaps not ready for launch (with a hubby who is an astronautical engineer - we don't just begin...we launch!), ready or not, today is the day. After postponing school two days for my eldest son due to a fever, it his first day of first grade. Today is a good day for firsts. It is my first day of what I hope is a new adventure. Although thoughts of changing the world, starting a nonprofit that changes children's' lives, resigning myself to just being a "stay-at-home mom," etc. have all passed through my mind, I have resolved to just start...start something that may impact just one life - if only one life is impacted, it will be worth it; start sharing...sharing something that has kept my heart and my hope afloat when nothing else could; start living...living with what I have, in the moment I have because although the future is great, it will always be uncertain. I look forward to this journey!
